We are a clinician-led practice in Woodbridge specializing in premium, structured behavioral care for children with autism and related disorders. We are seeking a reliable, professional part-time Behavior Technician for an established after-school caseload.

Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday (or Friday).
- Approximately 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Ideal for local instructional aides, childcare professionals, or career-changers looking for a stable evening income.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Active, unrestricted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with the BACB registry OR verifiable experience in a structured special education/childcare or related setting.
- Ability to pass a rigorous background check.
- Excellent professional boundaries and a commitment to clinical integrity.
